Major Liquidity Commitment to AI Infrastructure Finance

Bullish, a leading institutional cryptocurrency exchange, has committed $100 million in stablecoin liquidity to support USD.AI’s expanding lending operations. The fresh capital facility represents a significant institutional vote of confidence in the emerging market for specialized GPU financing, addressing rapid growth in demand for AI computing infrastructure and collateral-backed digital lending.

USD.AI, an onchain financing platform built by Permian Labs, connects stablecoin liquidity providers with entities requiring capital for GPU infrastructure deployment. Under this arrangement, loans issued through the facility will be directly secured by the AI computing hardware itself, bypassing traditional corporate credit assessments and enabling faster deployment of capital.

Expanding Track Record in Hardware-Backed Lending

USD.AI’s lending activity has accelerated substantially. The platform recently closed a $98.1 million financing backed by 2,304 Nvidia B300 GPUs, while a separate $34 million facility secured by 768 B200 GPUs reached full funding status. These facilities demonstrate institutional appetite for hardware-collateralized lending structures in the AI infrastructure space.

Bullish’s support extends beyond the debt facility. The exchange will list USD.AI’s sUSDai token on multiple trading pairs and operate a dedicated market-making program designed to enhance liquidity and price discovery. The arrangement builds on Bullish Capital’s prior $4 million investment in USD.AI from September 2025, deepening the institutional relationship.

Bullish’s Market Momentum Amid Crypto Revival

The announcement comes as Bullish itself gains investor momentum. The exchange operator launched on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2025, pricing shares at $37 and opening to $90 on debut day. Despite a 60% decline from opening levels, the stock has recovered approximately 45% over the past month, trading near $33.

Bullish’s recent gains reflect broader strength in cryptocurrency-related equities. Bitcoin treasury company Strive has appreciated roughly 88% monthly, Bitcoin miner Canaan around 55%, and stablecoin issuer Circle approximately 40%, all gaining alongside a recovery in digital asset valuations and renewed confidence in crypto infrastructure plays.

As institutional platforms like Bullish deepen their commitment to hardware-backed financing, they are positioning blockchain-based lending as essential infrastructure for the AI economy—a development that could accelerate mainstream adoption of crypto’s core utility beyond trading.
