Shipping Policy

Terminalcraft apparel is printed on demand and shipped from our production partner’s facilities. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Production time

Because each item is made to order, allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment it’s on its way.

Delivery estimates

Shipping time is added on top of production time and varies by destination:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates

Exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart, so you always see the price before you pay.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated window, email hello@terminalcraft.io with your order number and we’ll chase it down with the carrier.
